Intravenous regional anesthesia is popular for anesthesiologist because the technique is simple and easy to perform, the success rate is high, the onset of analgesia is rapid, and the incidence of adverse side effects is low. But there are some
disadvantages such is toxic reaction by local anesthetics and peripheral nerve damage by tourniquet.
